- Peekababy.ca ships through Canada Post expedited only. Express shipping maybe requested by e-mail.
- Regular shipments will
be delivered 3-5 business days after orders have been processed, unless
otherwise noted for specific items. If orders are expected to
take longer than 3-5 business days, customers will be notified by email
after orders have been received.
- If any products require
special handling and incur additional shipping charges, this will be
noted on the product detail page for each applicable item.
- Delivery of oversized items
directly to customers in certain remote locations may not be possible
or may incur additional delivery charges. In this case, customers
will be notified by email after orders have been received.
- Shipping fees are automatically
calculated at check out and will be added to your total invoice.
- Peekababy.ca reserves the
right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.
- If a package is returned
as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, failed delivery
attempts, or refusal by the recipient, a full refund for the order may
be issued, minus the cost of shipping and a 5% restocking fee.
- Peekababy.ca will not accept
any COD shipping of returns.
- Taxes are not added on top of shipping costs.
- Any paid shipping amounts that exceed actual costs will be refunded at the end of each calendar month.
