Peekababy.ca offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

• Refunds and exchanges are given within 30 days of original purchase date, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
• Return authorization is required.  Please email us at info@peekababy.ca immediately to inform us of your pending return, and we will work with you in order to resolve the situation.  Please send us your full name, order number or gift receipt number, description of product(s) being returned, and reason for the return.  Do not return the item(s) until you have received an email notification from us indicating that the return has been authorized.
• All products must be returned in original, factory sealed, unopened package for a refund.   Peekababy.ca reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not in its original condition.
• Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.
• A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless products are being returned due to manufacturer defect or damage.
• Actual shipping is NON-refundable and will be deducted from all returned amounts. 
• Shipping charges for returned / exchanged products are the customer’s sole expense.  Returns postmarked COD will be refused and returned to sender.  We suggest that return packages are insured and tracked.  Peekababy.ca will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during delivery.
• International returns must be accompanied by customs documents indicating a “$0 value”, otherwise a Canada customs tax may be incurred at customer’s expense.
• Packages must be returned including any free or sample items that Peekababy.ca has included in your original purchase.  If free items are not returned, the full retail value of missing items will be deducted from your return amount. 
• If returning an item from a package that was purchased at a special package price, the package discount will be deducted from your refund amount so that you may keep the rest of the items at regular price.
